All orders are carefully packaged and shipped out within 3-5 business days. Smaller items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS.

Delivery

House of Palm can deliver furniture and larger items to your home & spaces. Cost of delivery varies based on size of item + distance from Kansas City. Our delivery minimum is $50.

Returns 

All items are final sale. At House of Palm, we only select goods that are made with quality materials and fine craftsmanship. We find beauty in the imperfections on these worldly pieces, as it shows the object's character and durability. All imperfections will be photographed or noted on each item.
